December 2008 Director John Lavin gets 'thrown in jail' for a 'good' cause, but manages to raise bail and  get
released for good behavior. Actually the Muscular Dystrophy
Association asked John to help raise funds during a benefit called their
"Lock-up". It's all in good fun, and also raises a lot of
money for Jerry's Kids. Fund raising efforts for the Hackettstown
MDA Lockup program raised $14,000.00November 2008 Driven by the commitment to our clients and our quest to constantly improve on our use of technology, EDGE3 joins IA Group, a dynamic and professional group of Information Architects and Usability Experts that are dedicated to providing cutting edge user friendliness for computer users. October 2008 EDGE3 is accepted into The Organization for Entrepreneurial Development. Their Mission brings together entrepreneurs and their champions, making available to emerging and transforming businesses the resources which traditionally have only been available to larger or public sector companies... grants, support, investments, information, tools, guidance, advice, and hands-on expertise. By making these resources available to today's entrepreneurs, OED aids in improving their competitiveness, as well as the longevity and success of their businesses. October 2008 EDGE3 joins the Morristown Small Business MeetUp Group, currently a group of 60 small business professionals meeting regularly to network and discuss local and national business issues. July 4, 2008 We believe that every effort made toward improving our planet will benefit our children and future generations so EDGE3 entered the GREEN zone, collected more than 1000 used batteries and donated them to the Staples Office Supply battery collection program. May 24, 2008 EDGE3 celebrates it's first year anniversary IN STYLE!! Employees were whisked away by limo to New York City's Waldorf Astoria for an  evening
of fine dining, followed by a bit of Opera over at the MET and then back
to the hotel to change and paint the town. NOT!But it was fun to imagine, we just gave folks a day off instead. Actually, the company has enjoyed steady growth, month after month. May 10, 2008 John Lavin is elected Vice President of the Hackettstown chapter of LeTip International. February 15, 2008 EDGE3 helps correct issues occurring in the Caribbean coral reefs. We restructured their website, and designed an easy method for boat captains to locate pump out stations throughout the Caribbean island ports. October 17, 2007 EDGE3 is accepted into the LeTip - Hackettstown Chapter. LeTip International is a global networking organization with chapters in every major country. The Hackettstown LeTip is dedicated to increase the bottom line of its members' businesses. The primary purpose is to give and receive qualified business leads, so members can gain access to clients they may not reach by other means. September 20, 2007 EDGE3 joins the Warren County Regional Chamber of Commerce. The Warren County Regional Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to the economic development of the business community, through leadership, education and service. The Chamber is boasting nearly 400 member companies. The Chamber continues to provide Economic Development services to Warren County. They are actively working with economic development entities, local municipalities, realtors and state agencies to bring new business and retain our current companies. Also with a partnership with the Skylands Small Business Development Center, Warren County Community College and a grant provided through the USDA they provide access to information related to starting and maintaining a business through the Business Information Centers. The Chamber works hard to create a vibrant business community that has a quality of life that is second to none. August 1st 2007 EDGE3 moved into its new offices in Hackettstown NJ. The office is located in a business park with other diversified businesses. The space formerly held by the US Government's 2000 Census bureau, has great access to major roadways in the region. Hackettstown was named one of the 100 Best Cities to Live, by Money Magazine, and enjoys having a great local community, with good amenities. July 5th, 2007 EDGE3 was accepted as a Value Added Reseller in the AlphaSoftware VAR program. June 8th, 2007 EDGE3 was accepted as a member of the Microsoft Partner Program. The Microsoft Partner Program recognizes company expertise, rewards the company for their impact in the technology marketplace, and delivers tools and resources to help the business become profitable regardless of its size or focus. The company receives and uses much of the new software released by Microsoft. The partner is expected to use the software in its daily business, thus gaining a better 'ground-level' experience with the software.
